![]() I have reset NVAM and SMC, and diagnostics come back clean. I have installed some Apple updates though. I have not changed any MacBook Air settings or installed anything likely to cause this. The MacBook Air is also crashing a lot (the tasteful Mac version of the Windows Blue Screen). When I plug the MacBook Air into the docking station, it cannot see the Unifying receiver until I reboot the MacBook Air, and after reboot it always puts the docking station sound output at 100% and full left balance. Now it doesn't work with either (I only got the second dock yesterday). My MacBook Air *did* work fine with one of the docks when I bought it a week ago. My Logitech Unifying USB receivers plugged into both docks "just work" and the sound is good. Windows 10 is still periodically removing the 'Microsoft Wireless Transceiver' device and driver (which works fine) and replacing it with the 'Microsoft Nano Transceiver v2.1' device along with the message 'Driver is unavailable'. I have a 16" MacBook Pro (Catalina 10.15.6) that connects seamlessly to my two ALOGIC thunderbolt 3 docks ( and ). ![]() The keyboard is still detected by Windows when the receiver is plugged in. The receiver is fine, as the mouse still works. Theyre both Bluetooth and use the same receiver.
